Batangas State University (BatStateU), which is the college that I attended, have faced several challenges in managing the records of their employees, such as inefficient manual record-keeping, which leads to slow retrieval of data, and the potential risk of handling outdated information. Additionally, BatStateU has multiple campuses in Batangas City, Philippines, wherein a vast number of employees are affected.

Our design goal is for the users (the employees of BatStateU) to have a sense of familiarity and uniformity with how the application look. Since the software is strictly focused on BatStateU, our team has decided to go with a theme that matches the identity of the university. Our team expected the users to have a flexible age range since our target users are employees of BatStateU. Because of this, we intended to leave certain parts of the software with greatly increased gaps and spaces, as well as increased sizes for significant buttons in order to enforce a user-friendly mobile application.
