I wanted to design eMoody with the intention of being engaging and easy to digest for the target users, which are employees who will either be in a good or bad mood when using the application, so I avoided adding colors that might incite negativity from users’ emotions. Additionally, I felt like adding in cute emoji images that resemble the work mood of users would benefit the functionality of the application.
